India is a cricket loving country and youth are the followers to the cricket and cricketers as well . In the recent past when cricket was tranfromed from 1983's first world cup victory, cricket have been branded as the classical sports in this country and been blessed with lots of brand value into it due to unpresident fan following and youth followers as well.This time frame not only provide cricket to be grwon in india but also found off lots of brands and andorsment, Indian Premier leauge is the successfull example of the same.
The greatest players like Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Anil Kumble , Rahul Dravid , Javagal Srinath ,Virendra Sehwag, VVS Laxman etc...a true Gentlemen were always the star for the all Indian fans along with youths,they are the true champions and also the true Youth Icon of their respective era and all times. These all players had always carreid themselves as a true sports person and also set the standard for the youth of their time for carrying themselves.
All these sports persons had set highest grooming standards for the youth ever, but time had changed though sports persons had made their international presence and set some remarkable examples with their cricketing skills but eventulally their poor grooming specially long beared with neadless diffrent akward unclean shaven face(with out any religious needs only for trends or showoff) with lots of tattoos( for almost all 11 cricketer in team) made todays youth specially 10+2 and undergraduate boys to act like their heros without knowing that they are working in diffrent profession also even carrying themsevles like same without feeling about the youth and their trends.
I understand that cricketers may not have proper time for the shave off because of their hectic schedules but to maintain all such beared and tattos needs to devote some additional hours for sure.I am sure they all are aware that most of them are national heros specially Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma , Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan........ and many others...but do these people had realised that youth specially 16 -23 yeras age group are emiting them like any thing . Criketers have nothing to do with these akward beared or tattoos which creates poorly groomed youth all over in the recent past,which also creates indicipline among them. As a cricketer your only love needs to be cricket and being simple certainly not such large beared...... if you are such an important icon to the youth you must carry your self with lot of dignity , respect and responsibility of public behaviour since youths are actually being a crickter in india is all about stardum and fan following but it doesn't allow you to freely look like a poorly groomed fellow only.

Probably most of the cricketers may don't like my word because it may be their personal choice but remember this game of cricket had not let you simple a person rather youth ickon... hence my humble request to all of you to kindly maintain clean shaven if possible for the shake of setting examples for the youth of this country.
Well i am humbly accepting that i am no one to request you such way, but as teacher/academician requesting cricket stars to do the sacrifice to the youngsters since you all are youth ickons which each youngster is following now a days.
When does cricket lose it's gentlemen's spirit youth will be akward and poorly groomed and probably bad behaviour and habbits will be a parts of youths life ...and surely these highly paid cricketers have to take certain responsibility to improve youths behaviour and grooming aspects.
